We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping for our customers on orders over $50.00 on all orders that are shipped UPS ground to the 48 continental United States. All BMW parts should be inspected upon delivery to assure satisfaction and we must be notified within 12-24 hours if there is a problem.

Overnight and 2 Day Air Shipping - All orders shipped air may need to extend delivery time by 24 hours on all residential deliveries. The shipping carrier also reserves the right to hold oversize orders 1 day extra. This is beyond our control and overnight and 2 day shipping charges will not be refunded for this reason.

• Parts in original condition that either did not fit or are a core return. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors.
  
  
• Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special-order products are not returnable.
  
  
• Electrical parts are not returnable if pluged in or unsealed for any reason.
  
  
• No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
  
  
• Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.

• All parts are covered by their respective Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product.
  
  We (the seller) are not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.

• We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us. Any products purchased from another web site or a local store and returned to us will not be returned by our warehouse.

• We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of a shipping error or a part defect.
  
  
• Custom ordered items, items that you have installed or disassembled cannot be returned.

• Some of our BMW parts have core charges. This charge is refunded when we receive your original part in usable condition. Upon receipt of the item you have ordered, place the original part in the box that came with your order. The customer is responsible for all core shipping and handling costs.
